Artists, gposers, writers, any kind of creative is welcome here, and so are folks who just want to hang out and see what it's all about. Whether you've been to a bunch of these or you're trying one for the first time, it's a laid-back space to share your work, meet new people, or just enjoy the atmosphere. If you're feeling a little unsure, that's totally normal. There's no pressure to do anything, so take your time, check out the rules, and make yourself at home.

Fleeting Moments In Amaurot is a session veiled in twilight, spires of memory and where echos of a vanished age still yet linger. Walking in a fleeting moment of Amaurot, come and celebrate the beauty that yet remains.Choose from your finest Pandaemonium, Amaurotian or Ancient themed glams or... if you prefer, your own interpretation of Azem. This is a celebration of later content in Final Fantasy XIV so spoilers of the main story will be discussed. Please keep this in mind when attending.

Note from the Host

  • It would be a great service to me if you would pick other players or my co-host in regards to drawing, writing or GPosing. Giving to others that are participating in Gebler is a far greater gift. Thank you.

General

  • Hashtag: Please use #GeblerAP when sharing art or screenshots from the event!

Content

  • Keep all conversations and shared content SFW (safe for work).

  • Creative expression is encouraged! Drawing, gposing, writing, and more are welcome, but never required. Just enjoy the party at your own pace.

  • In official capacity, we do not condone the use of "Non-Vanilla" and would recommend any public postings for the art party to stay Vanilla to stay within ToS for player account safety.

  • Please respect Vanilla players who choose to keep their characters or tools (such as GPose) unmodded.

  • Artists, writers and gposers may reference vanilla appearances, so please be mindful that we have both PC and console players.

  • Modded players are highly encouraged to prepare both a Vanilla and Non-Vanilla outfit to help everyone depict your character both accurately and respectfully.

Community

  • Be kind and courteous to everyone.

  • This is an LGBTQ+ friendly space. Respect for all gender identities, orientations, and expressions is non-negotiable.

  • Please do not engage in objectifying or discriminatory behavior toward others. That includes targeting anyone based on sexuality, gender, or identity. This will not be tolerated.

Respect & Awareness

  • Gebler brings together a beautifully diverse crowd. Be mindful and respectful of different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.

  • That means being aware of your words and actions, cultural insensitivity will result in removal from the venue.

Hello everyone,My name is Shanasae and I have been a long time player of Final Fantasy XIV. Having started shortly before Heavensward's release. I greatly enjoy participating in PVP and the Art Party scene very much and have taken it upon myself to help others in the scene whenever I can.Sometimes, I like switching it up and host the GeblerAP on Kahran or Shura depending on the theme! Some themes fit one character better than the other. Kahran being my shorter brown haired viera and Shura, the tall, black-haired viera that many have come to recognize over time though my art :)

I must also admit, I do not run this Art Party by myself anymore and have had a very large and loving helping-hand given to me by Choccy, who you may see in game from time to time. They have assisted me in the housing decor, themes and contributed to the wonderful energy you have all come to know and love at Gebler. Their time and presence has been a gift to this Art Party and has become an irreplacable friend. With that said, I personally chose to create the GeblerAP to help grow the European Art Party scene and give people a place to go to work on whatever they wish or just to visist with friends. I like to keep the energy in Gebler warm and welcoming. The kind of place that makes you feel at home.Mit herzlichen Grüßen,

What exactly is an Art Party?
An art party is typically a creative gathering where players come together to create through art, words and screenshots! Everyone can dress up according to themes if they are applicable, pose in-game, and artists/writers can drop by to sketch or get inspired. They can be a rewarding space to meet fellow creatives, show off your glam, and enjoy the creative community!
Feeling nervous? That’s completely okay.
Stepping into your first art party can feel a little overwhelming, but truly, there is no pressure here. You don’t need to draw, gpose, or even talk if you’re not ready. You’re welcome just as you are. Come take in the atmosphere, wander the venue, and enjoy the party in your own way.
So, what can you do at an art party?
You can draw other attendees, work on personal pieces, play around in gpose, or simply relax and soak in the creative energy. There's no right or wrong way to be part of it.
What if you drew/gposed/wrote about someone at the party?
If you drew/gposed/wrote about someone during the party and want to share it, feel free to post it using the #GeblerAP tag so others can see and celebrate your work.
And if you ever have a question or feel unsure, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can send a tell to Kahran or Shura, I am always happy to help.
